This historic (1925) Allston, Massachusetts Beaux Arts building was transformed into a state-of-the-art auto dealership.

Built in 1863, the 47,000 square foot, Italian Renaissance palazzo-style building originally housed the Museum of Natural History before becoming the home to retailers Bonwit Teller and Louis Boston.

Universal Window and Door provided windows for 1,030 openings for the former manufacturing complex, comprised of buildings constructed between 1898 and 1927.

Headquarters for Toast, the digital technology platform built for restaurants, this 118,000 square foot former textile mill, constructed in 1911, was converted into office space, then renovated by its owners following a fire in 2013.

Located in the historic Channel Center subsection of Boston’s Fort Point neighborhood, the brick and beam architecture was restored in accordance with historic tax credit requirements of the National Park Service.

In 2001, the Pepsi-Cola plant in Long Island City shut their doors, and The Cardinal Building was renovated into 60,000 SF of Class A office space.
